Delivery

Our Prima Vera® bottled water delivery service provides delivery of water bottles direct to your cooler and by a dedicated driver who will really get to know your business.
So that you do not have to carry high bottle stocks, we provide flexible delivery frequencies… weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Our automatic top-up service goes a step further. Customers wishing to place a period or call-off order number will never need pick up a phone!

A New Approach to Service Levels

Our distribution network is equipped to cope with any type of task from the smallest office to large multi-site organisations.
It is easy to talk to us; no overseas call centres…not even a call centre of any description; simply a direct phone line (fax or e-mail).
We provide you with a free pre-sales site inspection to ensure you receive the most appropriate model for your needs. We even provide your staff with advice on the best location for the cooler. When we deliver your cooler it will be properly set up and working before our driver leaves the premises.
The cooler comes to you with full breakdown cover included and we ensure that regular sanitisation is arranged so that optimum hygiene levels are maintained.
If Lifting & Handling is an issue, we provide a choice of 11.0 litre bottles in addition to our standard 18.4 litre bottles. Either size bottle comes with convenient carrying handles.
To make life even easier, we guarantee to operate an effective administration package for you… on-time deliveries, accompanied by clear delivery notes and accurate monthly invoicing. And for larger organisations, our Prima Vera Green™ package eliminates invisible costs by providing only a single invoice for the entire year!
In addition to some 40 years experience, our entire operation is constantly tested by the industry watchdog, the E.P.W.D.A. … our operatives, bottling, sanitisation and paper trails all undergo annual audits, the most recent resulting in a 98% pass mark.
